Configuration Is Required Before Texting

Web to Phone is not a public self-service texting platform.

Before a business can use the application, the administrator must create and configure the business account, assign the appropriate Twilio phone number and messaging service, and complete any required business messaging registration.

Only authorized business users with a configured account can sign in and access the messaging system.
